Room was not stocked properly. Bed table lamp didn’t work. Breakfast was gross

Convenient, good amenities

There was no coffee creamer in the rooms. The coffee at breakfast was terrible (even with creamer).

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean, economically priced, quiet, and the breakfast was great. It was obvious the staff works hard and does a superb job at making sure a visit there is memorable.

The room/facilities were very clean. Allowed pets and had room for our family. Beds comfortable. Breakfast bar was good.

Was surprised with the $150 pet fee. This is steep compared to other properties we stayed at.

The hotel chain tends to be on the nicer end and more modern of the hotel chains. Usually my always go too.

This chain has the best hotels in my opinion, this particular hotel was not on the same level as any other Marriot hotels I’ve stayed at. The pool was freezing, it literally felt as though it was just filled up with a garden hose cold. Our room had multiple long hairs in the bathroom and bedding. Breakfast-eggs were cold and had a crust on them, we ended up just throwing it all out and going somewhere for breakfast. Usually this hotel is my go too, and still will be, but this one was a disappointment for sure.

Main beds were comfortable. Quiet

Breakfast started too late each day that we had to leave before it was served. Pool heater was out of order. Room was not very clean. Pull out bed had debris and dirt over the top of the mattress. Walls dirty with either splashed food or possible puke.

It was clean, quiet, staff was very nice, breakfast was good with a good variety.

I would have liked them to put new towels in the room daily.

There is too much chlorine in the pool could not even go in it. I had a small child and she wanted to go. Swimming could not go swimming car invert our eyes.

Better care of the pool.

Wonderful breakfast

For my last week my room was never cleaned by housekeeping. For the first 2 weeks, it was cleaned every other day which was just wonderful.

Most everything except the location.

All of the staff were super friendly and always willing to help.

The shape of the Queen Suite is odd. It says they are almost 400sq ft but it is a long rectangle and still make it a tight squeeze with more than two people. The breakfast was meh. For reviews, I thought it was much better but it was definitely your basic hotel breakfast. Comparable to a Holiday Inn express.

Clean and spacious! Very convenient to downtown

Everything except that there was not enough carts to get the luggage to the rooms and transport back to cars.

We were put up at The Hilton Gardens Inn because of a maintenance issue at Springhill. It was very nice and we appreciate all that Springhill did to accommodate us in our stay. Thank you
