Nice and clean. What’s you would expect.

The Wi-Fi is AWFUL. Apparently this is a thing at all Hyatt Places. Half a Mbps is not acceptable in 2023 at a place that costs this much. You can’t do anything with that connection. Im writing this review on a 7 Mbps Wi-Fi connection in run down motel in the middle of Wyoming if that tells you anything about how bad this is.

Location was great! Liked the area and it was safe. Rooms were nice and appreciated the amenities! Staff was awesome both checking in and at checkout.

Some of the staff was very rude. They also didn’t tell us about any of the accommodations that the hotel has.

Alarm set off at 6am by homeless person. Rooms were too expensive and vanilla.

I have stayed at many hotels, and this is one of the finest. Spotless, solid breakfast, outstanding staff. I will make a habit of staying at more Hyatt Hotels in the future.

I did not see the need to be charged for parking.
