the pool is great & bigger than we are used to so that was great! the customer relations guy reached out and apologized which was great not many places take accountability.

the room was smaller than most but it was still good. but the cleaners didn’t clean well and our kids found beads from a broken necklace/bracelet on the floor & we found other dirt that was definitely not from us and probably not even a recent guest which is what really made it difficult. as well as loud neighbors like woke our children up loud neighbors. while we were apologized to, the way staff acted towards us, the uncleanliness and ultimately the fact we paid quite a bit to stay in this place really was a disappointment. for the price we paid I expect a lot more than we received. at the very least a clean room.

the location was good. The bed was comfortable.

I called ahead before booking to ask about the pool hrs . it was never mentioned that the hot tub was out of commission. the main reason we booked this hotel and the staff was rude about it when I asked .the bath tub in the room was way to small.

Hailey was AWESOME!!! She delivered service with a smile and had my daughter and I laughing like crazy! I travel for work and stay in hotels all across the country. She has the best personality I've encountered from any front desk host! Give that girl a raise! She deserves it!

Pool was pretty good, but could have been cleaner. The room was the right size.

They couldn't check us in until 3 hours after check-in time. The carpet was kind of gross. A couple of our towels were dirty.

It was great! Wish we could have spent more time there but it was a quick stay.

The big giant spider that was on the ceiling the next morning!!!
