The rooms were very clean. I felt very comfortable and the front desk staff were very friendly. The location is close to shopping and restaurants to stay busy while in the area!

The fire alarm system went off during the night. Thankfully it was a system error and not a major emergency. The staff were very professional in explaining the situation and helped put the guests at ease!

Room assigned was cold, very noisy wall heater/A/C unit by window. Went to look out the window when snow was reported on TV and found the sliding indoor window partially open letting in the cold air. Reported temperature/chilly conditions and open window to front desk and they changed out room to room next door, only one TV worked in that new room, TV by window did not respond to remote. Very sad.

No coffee available, went to front desk. Front desk got some coffee. Egg on a bun stale, could not cut it.

Paid $10.00 for parking. In the past 3 weeks stayed at 6 different hotels and never paid for parking. When we first arrived, the front desk receptionist was sitting down and never got up from her chair until I said we had a reservation. She said she could not find our reservation from ‘ BOOKING.COM’ and asked if we would like to book a room. I was confused and did not want to pay twice. Another employee came in and spotted the reservation ( there was a spelling mistake). We got our room after all. The first receptionist was not helpful and appeared distracted. Not a good welcoming.

Great location. Close to the mall, restaurants, everything that you need if you are travelling.

The only issue was not about the hotel, but behaviour of guests and their children. Parents should not allow their children to run up and down the hallways, creating lots of noise at any time of day or evening, and then defend the behaviour. Lots of sporting events happen throughout the year, which is a fun time for families and teams, which I can appreciate. BUT, parents should be instructed that they are staying at a hotel where there are others guest, NOT a recreation facility.

I loved the room it was very comfortable.

they tried to charge me a smoking fee and I never smoked in the room. we have a medical card so we did roll up in the room but never smoked in it at all. I wouldn’t recommend anyone who smokes stay here.
