From our room we could see the pool, that was cool.The location was great. It was very clean. Bed/pillows were comfortable

the bed was very comfortable, room was nice
i didnt like that we had to put trash out to get it emptied and had to put dirty towels out to get clean ones, that is what the front desk told us to do. the cost to stay in a hotel is very expensive, I think the room should be cleaned every day and the bed made/sheets changed everyday as well, like it used to be.

Hanna was very nice, professional and want to help us to have the best time at the hotel. I appreciate her willingness to help. I like that the room furnitures were clean. The bathroom was clean the bed feel clean as well
They have a zone smoke close to the building and all the smells go in the bedroom. I feel like you were in a smoker free hotel. Not good at all. Also, they still have carpet, that is outdated. they have pet friendly rooms, they shouldn’t have carpet.

I liked the staff and the layout of the hotel. I cannot forget to mention the commentary breakfast was plenty
No fault of the property but I didn’t like the construction work it made it difficult to get in and out of the property

Plastic knives and forks and plastic plates at breakfast. This would stop me staying here again! I have never stayed anywhere and had cheap plastic cutlery. No bar or restaurant so not good after a long flight!

No pool two days. Was told it was due to the weather however the Hampton at the isle of palms was ok to swim in. Seems like someone wasn’t telling the truth.
No pen or paper at the desk.
Just so generic for a Hampton. Very disappointed.

Very clean and modern. Great location to downtown and Mount Pleasant. Staff was pleasant and very accommodating.
Room was small for 5 people (said it would hold 6). Other than that, everything was great.

The location was perfect. We were able to ride our bikes around to Sullivan’s Island as well as Patriots Point which was perfect

I had never been received with such a genuinely sweet attitude in a hotel before. The front desk clerks always have the most amazing energy. It's located less than 15 from the historic district and about 5 from a Walgreens and many restaurants. It is also 5 from the Patriots point Naval and Maritime Museum. It's a great place to stay.
