The location was really central to some good restaurants & Starbucks. I could walk less than a block to all of them. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

Breakfast: eggs are powder eggs and not the best tasting or texture.

Breakfast was okay. I would like to have seen a larger variety of fruits and bacon. the same thing everyday became old, boring, and bland.

The furniture was old (original furniture) and has taken a beating over the years. The pullout sofa was very nasty with stains, etc. The hair dryer , iron, and ironing board was old, yellow, nasty with stains. Tile was falling off the bathroom wall. It was obvious there had been flooding in the room because the bathroom wall had black mold outline. Bathroom door was falling apart, air conditioning unit was yellow and nasty but functional. Unable to completely close the curtains allowing light in (I work nights). I utilized the high dollar washer and dryer in the facility and every time I washed a load of clothes the entire room flooded from one wall to the other. Rained and the ceiling flooded in the utility causing my entire load of clean and dry clothes to become saturated with water. Two towels, hand towels, bath rags and one floor towel is not enough! Not to mention I had to turn in my dirty linen to get new ones because I do not want to be disturbed during the day while sleeping.

Ease of check in. Location was very good. Good WiFi and proximity of restaurants and places to shop nearby.

Furniture was beat up and worn. Mattresses were heavily used and not in best condition. Water stains and flaky paint on ceiling in bathrooms.

Great value and great staff.

The door to the room has a half-inch gap at the bottom covered by a piece of rubber. It leaked outside air in the room.

The location was great.

The room smelled like smoke and the wall behind the toilet was unfinished and had a hole they’d tried to patch or something. The biggest complaint is the bed was so uncomfortable that I slept no longer than an hour combined sitting in a chair. I could feel the springs in my back when I laid down on the bed and it was awful. No hotel should have beds like this anymore. I got no sleep and the stay was ruined.
