Very friendly staff and always have been every time we stay there. Always friendly staff at this location. They always jump into make sure you have what you need and want.

Hide a bed couch wasn't comfortable at all and that was one of the things we needed. For the room I choose it was an king executive suite. Would of been better if the hide a bed couch was bigger than a twin size...

Room was not swept. Gravel in the carpet. Key card was not programmed for the full stay, but had to be reprogrammed daily.

Comfy beds, clean sheets and towels. Nice and accommodating staff.

Hot tub was permanently closed, pool was filthy and full of bugs and hair. I paid one hundred and seventy dollars for one night so the kids could swim and we could relax in the hot tub after a family wedding. There was no mention of the issues with the pool area before or at check in and full high rate being charged.

The color scheme of the rooms. Awful bed linens. The fluorescent lighting. No room service.

I really liked the bathrooms and all the outlets. There were plenty by the bed for everyone to charge there device. The pool was the cleanest in the area. We didn't wake up in time for breakfast but all in all it was one of the better stays in savannah.
