Our bed felt like we were in a taco and when we asked for extra pillows, we were given ones without a pillowcase and incredibly lumpy. We asked about switching to a different room because of the uncomfortable bed and possibly a room with 2 beds and before I could even finish talking, the front desk person interrupted me and said there were no more rooms. I had checked on both booking.com and the hotel’s website and it said there were rooms even with 2 beds available. There was also trash from the previous guest in our bathroom.

Visit family a couple of a year...stay here...clean, safe, quiet.

Good location

Were given wrong room type. Reserved a king suite with sofa bed. Were given a queen and the sofa bed was in such a small nook you couldn’t make it out. Useless.

Room was fine. Location was good.

Room was smaller than other Microtel I stayed in . Breakfast wasn't as nice either. But it was about 26 dollars cheaper a night. Smaller town.

Close to family, clean, good value. Easy access to roads and attractions.

Nothing to not like.

Bed was very uncomfortable, coffee pot was disgusting, there was standing water in the bathtub.

Upon entering the hotel you are greeted with huge no smoking or vaping signs literally everywhere. The front desk clerk was obviously not where she wanted to be. Not one time did she smile or welcome us. She was very unpleasant and obviously sick as she repeatedly coughed into the sleeve of her shirt. Made me extremely nervous as I was having to touch paperwork and my credit card after her. Our room was on the 2nd floor. We took the elevator and when the doors opened there was yet another big no smoking sign on the back wall of the elevator. The hallway to our room was extremely dark and we were almost at the end of the hallway. As soon as I opened the door to the room, we smelled a bad odor. The room was very dark and dirty. There was what appeared to be a small foam mattress & pillow on the window sill. It was obvious the room had not been cleaned. The first bed had black mascara marks and and hairs on the sheets. The 2nd bed also had dirty sheets. We promptly left.The clerk offered us another room after showing her the pictures of the beds, of which I declined & requested my money back. She punched some information into her computer then said done. I had to ask for a receipt. I am still waiting to make sure the money will be returned to my account. Save yourself some time and stay anywhere but here!

the property needs to be tore down this place is nothing more than a rundown brothel dope smoking everywhere, people screaming until 3am toilet was broken, put together by box tape, and super glue, the walls were crumbling, dust on walls

The sign is broken Everyday is Wednesday and the temp is always 36°C 😂

The breakfast was adequate. Food was tasty and filling. Location to venue was ideal.

Mattress seemed old and lumpy. Water pressure in shower could have been stronger. Shower should have at least one safety rail in a non-handicap room.
