Location was good. Safe place to stay.

Eating places closed early. Room fridge still had food left in that smelled bad. Pool was closed.

Breakfast was good and location was great.

Front desk staff were not friendly and there was no property info in the room such as: breakfast hours, wifi info, etc.. One reason we chose this hotel was for the pool. Pool was closed the entire weekend.

Friendly workers and clean rooms

The staff was amazing from helping two older ladies with luggage, unloading the rental car and taking it all the way to our room on the 4th floor and helping load the car at check out. The roadside hotel is convenient and close to church and local homes during our visit for a death in the family. The hotel is situated in a great area; several different fast food places, as well as a Chili's and Texas Roadhouse! The only fault I have with Wichita is "Where do you get gasoline?????" I had to research and find a Sam's Wholesale!

My bed was extremely uncomfortable. I am a "person of size" and the mattress was much higher in the center than on the edges. Sleeping on either edge, I felt as if I were constantly falling and it was an effort to get further up on the mattress center. And from the center it was extremely uncomfortable to get my C-Pap started and the light off when I was ready to try to sleep. And the comforter was so heavy I could not turn over!

The location was great, everything that we wanted to do or take in while in Wichita was within walking distance and the neighborhood felt safe.

The thing we didn’t like was that the thermostat in our room would not adjust, the fan on the unit would come on but we could not adjust the temperature. The only other thing we didn’t like is that the remote control for the tv would not control the tv. We could turn the tv on with the button on the tv, but we could not turn it off wit the same button and the remote would not turn it off either. We could change the channels on the tv with the remote, but we could not change the volume of the tv with the remote and there were no volume buttons on the tv either so that was a bit of an inconvenience considering the volume was at a very low level. It was like the remote was not programmed for the tv, and the only way we could turn the tv off was to unplug it.

The breakfast options were better than many hotels we've been to. The attendant was very friendly and truly seemed to enjoy what she was doing. I was impressed with her; I overheard her say this was her second job!

The pool wasn't available. The young lady at the front desk when we checked in wasn't very friendly. She almost acted as if it was an inconvenience to have to check us in.

the room we stayed in had bed bugs, we woke up with bites all over our legs and neck, when we told the staff about the bugs they said they weren’t able to do anything about it other than apologize.
