Overnight Sunday 03/19/23 into monday early morning the place absolutely smelled of weed and was coming from area of front desk. room service was a joke did not vacuum our room once during our 3 day stay. we ran out of towels because they never stocked them til we complained and after we complained they give us 3 towels for 5 guests. ran short on hot water numerous times. towel bar by hand sink falling off the wall. no sprinklers to be found in room. entry door to room was not plumb and rubbed on door frame. towel shelf above toilet was bent. the desk clerk sunday and monday overnight not very friendly. The other desk clerks were amazing. I would not stay here again or recommend to anyone.

They cancelled my hotel reservation before I had a chance to stay. I did not receive a call, just an email at at 5:52pm. When I called them they told me that since they were overbooked, their management told them to cancel all reservations that have not checked in by 7pm. Just wondering why they cancelled at 6pm if I had until 7pm to check in. I flew in and didn't arrive into Wichita until after 8pm. Unless you can get there at 3pm, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this hotel!

Clean room, friendly staff. Most of the time you can't go wrong staying at a Super 8, so it was a pretty safe bet to begin with. The lobby was sparkling clean, as was the room. The staff was very helpful, since the DoorDash driver didn't bring any silverware they got into the breakfast area for me to get silverware and some napkins.

Location is excellent, good parking, very friendly staff, very clean and updated facilities. I would easily stay here again.

Adjacent room shower and hair dryer had excessive noise. Air conditioner’s temperature control knob was missing , couldn’t adjust room temperature. Breakfast area was clean.

The front clerk was very good and totally worth his efforts to make the stay great 👍

location and price were good. staff was friendly.

maintenance was lacking and hotel was very tired. the shower head was a handheld but broken attachments so it was dangling and when turned on water went everywhere.
