Front Desk staff were very pleasant

Rooms were bad - not clean - we staid 2 nights. First room had black mold all over in the bathroom. My wife got stuffed up as soon as we walked into the room. Flooring was all peeling and rough. Room was not clean either the bathroom nor the floor. We requested a room change for the 2nd night. 2nd room had a smaller bed not as comfortable. Bathroom had no mold and room was a little cleaner. However upon opening the door there was someone's old bandaid stuck to the floor. Yuck. This place is in bad need of an upgrade and of cleaning staff who know how to clean. This was definitely not up to Best Westerns standards. We were very disappointed.

I loved the lady at the desk! I wish I had asked her name! I was impressed by the included breakfast.

Nice assortment of food for breakfast- eggs- sausage and waffles plus the regular stuff: yogurt, breads and fruit. Shower had great pressure!

Air filter in ac needed cleaning - we did it ourselves rather than call. Not the cleanest room, old coffee filter was still in the machine- but overall ok.

No surprises. Clean, comfortable and friendly. Easy to get there, the more happening part of town is a mile or two away.

Please repair the hot tub!
