We had to rebook last minute from a different hotel to this hotel. The check in was smooth and staff was very accommodating.

I have stayed in this particular room before. As usual, it was clean.

1. The gap beneath and around the door needs to be filled: two large beetles snuck into my room after about 10 pm. 2. The TV remote would not work. I first had the desk clerk come look to see whether he could make it work, but he could not. You changed TV models from a Samsung sometime since I last stayed in this room, and the new Vizio is not only smaller, but also has no apparent external controls that can be used if the remote does not work. We could not find those controls. The TV shifted to the Disney+ channel when the mute button was pressed (who, in their right mind, woud want to watch the Disney channel??), and otherwise would not respond to any other buttons but the volume, which did work. I could not turn the TV off wheb I wanted to go to bed without unplugging it. 3. You have also apparently changed cable providers... I noticed that the last time I stayed here several months ago. The new cable TV provider does not have anywhere nearly as wide a selection as the old provider did. Go back to the old provider!! 4. Last time I stayed in this room, the refridgerator worked fine. This time, it didn't work at all. I could not cool my water and thank God I had not brought anything else that needed cooling!

AC worked. Location was convenient and staff friendly.

Wifi super slow for me. Hot tub didn't work.

Location was great, easy to find once I arrived in town, late in the evening. Receptionist at check in was nice.

There were bugs in the room, mainly in the bathroom and kitchen area. It was down played when I advised the staff during check out. The furniture were old and worn. The bugs were able to come in because the door was not properly sealed.
