It was not that clean. We had to clean the bathroom with disinfectant wipes taken from the fitness center. There were stains and hair on the counter, something sticky on the toilet handle and hair in the shower. It’s obvious that the cleaning staff did not clean up that room as expected. Even the bed had an eary smell and traces of some type of jelly on the fridge. The mattress seamed updated and pillows too soft. At breakfast, some items were missing and heat trays were never filled up so we only had eggs and potatoes. I even had to inform staff that all the coffee containers were empty. In all, it will be my last time in a Marriott. The one at LAX was similar. Not very clean.

Bien placé pour Joshua Tree Park

Nous avions réservé 2 chambres pour notre famille plusieurs mois à l’avance mais ce n’était apparemment pas suffisant tôt pour que l’établissement nous affecte 2 chambres voisines. Nous avons donc été séparés à deux étages différents. Et alors que les chambres réservées sont censées etres prêtes à 16h, avons dû attendre l’une des nôtres jusqu’à 20h, le temps pour le personnel de la vider des nombreux cartons de fournitures qui y étaient stockés (!) Malgré les efforts louables du personnel, chambre poussiéreuse et odeur de carton ; mais hôtel complet donc pas le choix… pas non plus de dédommagement proposé. Petit déjeuner décevant également.

Etwas abseits gelegen. Für einen Parkplatz $10 zu verlangen obwohl reichlich Platz vorhanden ist sollte man überdenken, zumal der Übernachtungspreis auch nicht der günstigste ist.

Large room with very comfortable beds. Great location. Easy to find. Great breakfast!

The room was set at 75 degrees and never got below 71 degrees all night.

Lage zum Joshua Tree NP sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Restaurants mit Auto kurzfristig zu erreichen …- hier empfehlen wir “The Rib & Co.”. Kaffee, Tee und Wasser waren jederzeit kostenlos in der Lobby zu bekommen. Das Frühstück war einfach aber für amerikanische Verhältnisse ok. Kostenlose Parkplätze waren vor dem Hotel ausreichend vorhanden.

Das Geschirr und Besteck waren aus Plastik und zum Wegwerfen …- entspricht eigentlich nicht mehr dem Status Quo.

Good location, helpful staff, tasteful breakfast, water, tea and coffee available around the clock, small but nice swimming pool, big room, close to shopping center, highly recommended.

My room was not cleaned during my two days stay. Corridors should be vacuumed more often.

We booked the room for two nights. The first night was a Saturday and is was extremely busy. When we showed up at 10 pm, they said they gave the room to someone else. (They gambled thinking we might not show up and they could get a higher prize from someone else, given the busy time in the area at that very moment. ) So, we were left on our own with no room and also no room in any hotel available in distance of 50 km in middle of the dessert with three kids at midnight. They did nothing to help us find another hotel. We need to look for something to sleep ourselves. Despite our booking and having the printed reservation and all document in place, we found ourselves with no room in dessert at midnight. Just know that you are dealing with these kind of people when you book here. (All evidence of my statement are available at booking and we will mske case out of this)

We stayed only overnight (came late and left early) but everything was as we expected.

Something very noisy outside, maybe generator or aircon? I could not sleep due to noise, and reception refused to change. Breakfast is very 80s, cheap prepacked stuff, scrambled eggs from powder, vile coffee - better skip it altogether. There are great food options in town.

Mona was outstanding! Very personable and helpful and great service. Breakfast was fine. Nice breakfast room.

Room next door partying until 4:00 a.m. No sleep!! We had to call the desk at 3:00 a.m. and finally shut down at 4:00 a.m.

Overall, the facility seemed understaffed. Front desk service was unpredictable both in staffing and friendliness. The poor lady doing breakfast service was racing to make everyone happy and things were still needing to be wiped down, cleaned up as it just seemed dirty. Overall just not enough people to do the job well.
