Hotel not in good shape, needs reno; employees not especially customer oriented (need quality customer service training.)

This Place was pretty nice for the Price I must say, they had a nice RF card system and offered both my and my guest our own card it made it very handy while we brought our stuff in, one guest had a bit of an issue with their car it looked like someone maybe an ex or soon to be Ex went at their vehicle with an Axe so we did see 50 on the scene at our check in and place kind of has thin walls there was a baby next door to use that fussed a little but it really didn’t bother us, we had a great time dancing at gas house dance hall this place is very close to that and they even had a Waffle House that we found near by on our way back from the dance, there are some things that could use some updating but everything was clean, mini refrigerator worked fine there was a community ice machine in the lobby and a pretty fancy coffee maker like it made expresso shots nice for no extra cost! I wouldn’t say it’s on the upper realm of star rating but for the price I am very happy with this place it was nice not super luxurious more simple ended but good value for your dollar they did not require any security deposit and there were no hidden fees maybe not the best part of town (you might get your car axed) lol but maybe that was just someone caught cheating likely it looked strongly motivated by something it wasn’t just like a ding here and there it looked like they were shooting a before he cheats video where the girl just went full Carrie Underwood on a Mercedes Benz with an Axe like there was big gapping holes in this thing and who know s maybe he drove it in like that too I didn’t see it happen but sure saw the aftermath and I was like let’s lock the door honey and the car just in case they come back for a round 2 never happened though we had a very nice stay would stay here again if we visit the gas house dance hall it is very handy to that maybe like 5 miles away or so.

the coffee machine is great it will make you whatever you want at no additional cost, we must have had our fill of expressos while we were there you have to do about 3-4 to fill a whole cup up so was a little annoying having to do it again and again to get what we wanted but there was no line when we got ours so can’t really beat it!

Every time i left the hotel i couldnt get back into my room wit my room key. front desk wasnt there to help & i was waiting for over 30 mins for someone to reset my room key for the 4th time

Sophia, works the front desk and she is a miserable person. The worst attitude ever. When you ask for something you're inconveniencing her.

Single room that I booked had tiles on floor missing stained sheets on bed walls patches not painted and no closet.i upgraded to a roomwith two beds cleaner room Throughout our discussion the woman behind the counter never stood up made me reach through A small opening inorder to.pay for the cleaner room .she needs training or a different position.never again

everything. I hated it. the room wasn’t what it was supposed to be and they had bed bugs. I got all bit up
