Bed sheets are not clean

Had a little incident with staff over breakfast. He got mad and said my husband could not take any of the breakfast items up to our room. He was bringing breakfast up for our 3 year old but the man didn't understand so they argued about it until my husband just walked away with the food. He talked to the manager later about it and she said they don't really want you to bring food up to your rooms because of bugs but if you stay in any hotel anywhere, you are going to order take out because people have to eat so what is the difference in taking the hotels breakfast up to your room or getting take out and bringing that up to your room or having food delivered to you in your room like we did? Other than this everything else was good.

They do not pick up used towels until you ask them. They told us to leave the used towels outside our door so we did but the towels sat there for 24 hours before they came to get them. We also had to go to front desk to ask for toilet paper because we ran out. We stayed for 3 nights.

Nice location, was clean compared to others. Nice front desk ladies.

Couldn’t use pool due to very strong clorox smell that burned nose and eyes.

I like the room but I could hear a lot of banging of stuff and was annoying.

The jacuzzi was out of order. That was the only reason I wanted the first floor and I was staying there. Would have been nice to know when I checked in that it was out of order.

Great location, very clean, quiet, wonderful breakfast all for a reasonable price.

Big room. Comfortable beds. Hotel rooms and lobby look modern and clean. Good breakfast.

Manager was keen and enthusiastic but front desk staff looked and acted as if they didn’t want to be there. Reported bedside lamp didn’t work to person on front desk twice but nothing done about it and still didn’t work when we left.
