Proximity to airport

Mold in shower, drains in shower and sink clogged. Receptionist was busy chatting g with other employee and ignored us, then was rude.

The best part of our trip is that we were able to check in early. The beds were comfy enough. For the most part, the room was clean. The staff was nice.

We had to switch rooms, which was inconvenient. Room 1 had a really strong wet/moldy smell. Room 2 had terrible patch work on the ceiling. You could tell it had leak issues. The bathrooms are small.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The location was within distance of my chosen preference.

Unable to enjoy a cup of hot coffee in the room because the coffee pot was broken.

Friendly staff efficient shuttle

חדר נחמד מאד ונח. קרוב לשדה התעופה.

דרוש הסבר יותר מפורט איך להגיע אל השאטל בשדה התעופה. קצת ריח של סיגריות בחדר.

The staff were friendly, welcoming (especially the guy don’t remember his name but he is a Nicki Minaj fan, you rock). The hotel had a makeover (upgraded) rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Easy check in! Bar/ restaurant in hotel. Little food shop and vending machine with everything in it!

No microwave( seems like it’s common around this area and New York) . I know this is not the hotel problem but the street coming into hotel, that road is so worst then “pa” roads! (Pothole bumpy). Restaurant food very pricey ( I did not care for the food, and paying 14$ for my child to not even eat was dumb)

Room was nice. Easy and fast check in.

Got charged wrongly for ~$34 without any notification. Called call center to get it rectified. No communication from anyone. Few days later got refund but I lose a few dollars due to currency exchange. Can be handled much better.

Lot of noise outside room during night time, couldn’t sleep whole night.

Very disappointed with checkin. Hotel was understaffed and unable to check guests in for several hour.

Understaffed. Horrible experience. Took hours to get checked into our room. Lobby overflowing with guests trying to checkin.

Comfortable and clean bed and bathroom except for the shower.

There was long hair stuck to the shower wall still.

They were overbooked. Did not get money back, even though we could not stay there (it's been a month now). They didn't handle overbooking well - we were waiting for over an hour in a long line of people, and they didn't communicate what's going on.

Clean rooms. I mean why wouldn't they be clean if they clean every single room until 4 pm everyday.

I didn't like how the staff treated their customers like dirt. Everyone was tired from traveling and early check in was not an option unless you paid $100. Not even 10 minutes early. The staff was rude. Had people in the lobby waiting untill exactly 4pm when rooms magically appeared. Somehow they didn't have rooms clean until 4 pm. One magically appeared if the $100 was paid though. Since early check in was not an option they had a line all the way outside at 4pm of people trying to get a room. It was ridiculous!
