Great stay for concerts or events. Easy access to the prudential center. Hotel was very very clean ! Would definitely stay again for an event !

Unfortunately I had to make an entire circle trying to find parking. I wish the hotel would have sent an email stating where the parking was located. The hotel needs a better signage indicating it.

Every day house keeping,being able to find parking , breakfast Ms tr bucks available. Also stuff securing pitches delivered to the property.

Online the pictures of the property being downtown looked o good. We were excited until we got there . It's a lot of vagrants and the surrounding restaurant selection was not good. The breakfast selection is expensive and selection not that great. I wanted turkey sandwich with lettuce that was not possible.Also one of the securities in the parking area needs customer service classes. When you speak to people sometimes it's not what you say things but how you say it. He didn't listen speak down / or over you. Cutting you off or disregard what you are saying. But the hotel inside and the staff made me over look that.

Quite convenient location, polite staff, high level of service. The room was better than expected, comfortable bed, coffee machine. The only problem in the room is the lack of USB connectors. Many thanks for your hospitality.

Convenient location for concert at NJ Performing Arts Centre, which is a 10 minute walk away and the hotel is a 20 minute walk from Penn Station, so it's easy to travel to the airport or NYC/Philadelphia. There is a Starbucks in the hotel for breakfast. Room was clean and well equipped.

I booked this room through booking.com after a flight cancellation However, when showing up in the hotel around 10:00pm after waiting for one-hour shuttle, the hotel did not allow to check in. After waiting for more than 2.5 hours until 12:30am after midnight the security guard almost wanted to throw me out of the hotel. Eventually they checked me in , but still charged almost 350USD....

The lobby area,the safety, and the bed were decent, but the fitted sheet did not fit, so we had to accommodate them with a sheet instead. Upon arrival, there was a mix-up with the room, but the gentleman resolved it.

Upon arrival to the hotel I thought about parking and thought there were free parking at the hotel I booked but to my huge disappointment that we were charged $30 for each day that was unexpected not mention the concert on the same day . We interm had to be unpunished for this when we should have discounted because we had to find a parking space on the 5th floor, which was a tremendous inconvenience, I will NEVER stay at this hotel again
