This overnite stay was one of the most awful, frustrating and demoralizing motel experience we've ever endured. The wall between us and the couple in the other side was paper thin and the couple made no effort to be quiet. I gentle tapped the wall around 10:30, with no change. I then tapped with increasing gusto several more times, the last one being a pounding around midnight....which elicited pounding on their side with much profanity. They continued to talk and laugh until after 3:30. It was unreal. We were exhausted and must have falled asleep a bit between then and around 6 when we quietly got up and carefully and quietly put things in our car, fearing that the couple might actually do us harm. In truth, if there had been even a semblance of a decent wall between the two rooms, it wouldn't have been nearly as bad, as they were not actually shouting so loud that a decent wall might have dampened their voices. But with the paper thin wall, the issue became simply that they didn't stop talking and laughing at all, so it was as if they were sleeping next to us. We would at least request that our reservation cost be reimbursed, as it was truly a terrible, terrible experience.

Room and closet full of spiders, called twice to cancel and move rooms no answer or return call. Booked and stayed at another hotel, no one at desk when returning to attempt to discuss refund.
