The bed the bugs, no coffee at all. Mold in bathroom

It was dirty, there were bugs EVERYWHERE, the pool was closed when I was told it was open. The staff was not friendly.

a lot of grasshopper inside the rooms housekeeper almost ran over my daughter claims he didn't see her in front blankets had blood stains and doors half broken

I like the first young lady that work morning shift. She was friendly and gave good customer service..

May 28, 2023, the young man that works in the evening shift. I think he's Indian descendant. He left the front desk and I waited on him to check out. He never returned and have no idea what he was doing. Then I called the front desk after I left to let him know that I was gone and he still never answered the phone. I called a hour later and he still never answered the phone. That was unprofessional.

The service was horrible. Their customer service or the lack thereof was definitely why I ended up leaving even if they tried “accommodating” but in reality, they didn’t. They were overbooked, didn’t apologize and there was a lot of back and forth. Continuously ran my card on Sunday morning.

The room was decent, but it had an extra door. The problem with that was that someone tried to get in my room through that door. The ac/heat unit was falling apart, and the pipe to bathroom sink fell off.

This particular motel does not put refrigerators, microwaves, or coffee machines in the rooms. They used to, but then they were gone, yet they charge like each room had them.
