The bar was not adequately stocked.

Tv didn't work, called front desk but not really helpful. Alarm clock wires all mixed up, took 20 minutes to unscrew it. Recommend management check the room for problems occasionally.

booked a king deluxe room was switched to standard double queen and when I objected was basically told take or leave it they didn’t care!! the Holliday inn web sight says restaurant open seven days, when we arrived desk clerk said oh no it’s closed today!! having restaurant we prepaid for breakfast to also learn that it’s still closed and you get very little more than continental serve your self breakfast and then you see the seating in the restaurant and decide you’d rather go hungry than set in nasty stained dirty booths!! wife decided to get her a cup of orange juice and I’m pretty sure it was from concentrate and they doubled the recommended amount of water!! not only will we not book this hotel again we will never book a holiday inn again

This was the worst Hotel I have ever stayed at in My 65 years. Could not believe every morning for breakfast there was no coffee. Orange Juice was only syrup. Fitness room machines didn’t work. spa didn’t work. Fridge in room too cold everything frozen in it. Some employees I felt sorry for. They were overwhelmed. Many other guests were complaining as well. Will never stay at Holiday Inn again.

After driving several hundred miles we choose this place purely on the amenities they had to offer , like Bar and restaurant . After checking in we showered up and then went down to the bar/restaurant at 5pm that’s the time it said they opened. However the bar /restaurant was closed so I asked the lady behind reception why is it closed her reply was oh we have a broken freezer so we can’t open the bar or the restaurant . Not only wasn’t we informed of this at check in there were no signs up saying the bar restaurant will remain closed . Why lie I understand there is an issue regarding lack of staff but I didn’t realise there were issues with common sense . I said to the receptionist maybe she should put a sign which she agreed we then went out to get food to bring back to the hotel but she still didn’t put the sign up through the evening . Magically in the morning they were serving breakfast . Hotel itself is looking tired . Our room was tatty . Broken floor tiles , grout missing . Stained bedding .

Location was good not far to drive for restaurants and the main street. Room was good, comfy bed.

Breakfast selection was poor, had to ask for cups and plates nothing out. Tables not clean. Bar poorly stocked when we popped for a drink in the evening.

Very nice staff. Awesome rooms and clean bathrooms. One small stain on the floor but whatcha gonna do amirite ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Like i said, there was a stain on the floor but it was no big deal bro

All the amenities were great. Room was clean and beds were super comfy.

The only downfall was the jacuzzi was not working at the time.
