Friendly staff and good location

We had driven all day from South Texas to Roswell and arrived at about 7 PM exhausted. The hotel was easy to find, right on the main drag. It had a cute green alien statue by the entrance (photo opp). After moving our stuff into our room, we took a soak in the hotel's very clean, very hot indoor hot tub, which was quite a treat. We had it all to ourselves and there was a stack of clean towels in the swim pool/hot tub room to dry off with. Our hotel room was quite large with 2 nice queen beds and very comfortable pillows. The night we stayed there it was very quiet. Everything worked fine in the room and we got a good night's sleep, ready to continue our drive the next day.

I prefer a hotel where you can park your car right by your room door, for both convenience and safety, but at this Super 8 our car was parked quite a ways from the room. I got lured into booking this hotel because of the "free breakfast." The breakfast ended up being disappointing with the exception of the make-it-yourself waffles, which my son liked. I ate 2 small yogurts. The only other choices were cold cereal, instant oatmeal and a bowl of fresh apples. The coffee was hot and freshly brewed, though.

overnight lady was awesome. Beds were ok. Had a hot tub

washers and dryers didn’t work properly. afternoon staff didn’t care when she was told. asking for more pool towels was met with a sigh. lights in pool area turned off all day Sunday Nov 13th with no sign saying they were out of order or anything.

The waffle iron was making the waffles stick to the waffle iron I addressed it to staff they never fixed the problem

Breakfast was good not any sausage or bacon but was desent. Rooms floors no carpet so liked way floors were redone.swimming pool and hot tub were great for kids

I know was only 2 levels but no elevator and carrying bags upstairs to 2nd floor was hard. Especially with people of disabilities I can imagine. It was hard for me thank goodness had my sister bc of my RA just hard climbing stairs.

Staff were very friendly and heped us with finding our way around the city.

My girlfriend had to crawl up the stairs because she on crutches she had request a lower level room next to the washer and dryer and on top of that she didn’t get a lower level also the washer didn’t work right and and the dryer didn’t dry the cloths just kinda of rediculous and sad 😢
