I thought breakfast was good.

When I arrived there were no handy cap parking close to entrance. When going to one of my rooms it was not clean and needed to get another one. When trying to use the sauna was unable to use because of other guests with loud music in there tried for 2 hours when going to front desk no one was there. Will not be returning for future place of staying.

Location.

Blood on bed sheets and no room service. One of my colleagues also had blood on their bed sheets and they were in another room. Couldn't plug all the appliances up in the room because there wasn't enough power circuits in the room. Some power outlets and lamps didn't even work. Small bathroom and the bathroom door opens the wrong way barely missing the toilet by a 16th of an inch. There's also no way to wash and dry your clothes on the property which shows that the management and ownership don't plan on you staying too long. Which is why I ended my stay earlier than expected. The hotel is extremely outdated.

Hot tub was broke and was told if worked fine staff was rude lazy and the build stunk like Marijuana shower was broke and while trying to let staff know hot tub is broke he is on a personal call for 45 minutes but I'm being harassed by another customer and he ain't saying anything so filed a complaint and manager Tessa offer a complete refund of 114.92.
