Was good

The room was clean and modern. The bed was absolutely great. Comfortable and plush. The breakfast room was excellent and the food was very good. The coffee was very good. The hotel was in a great location, near restaurants and gas stations. The rooms were extra large.

Beautiful king suite room bed was comfortable, room was clean, pool was a lot of fun.

There was a big bright light shining into our window during the night it took awhile to fall asleep and there was a hole in our bathroom door.

Everything was great! we only had one issue and the toddler across the hall woke us up both mornings before 7am screaming and was very loud pretty much all the time except for when the child was sleeping.

Big suites. Nice facility. Clean well kept room.

Noise travels very easy. You can hear the rooms beside, below, and above you. You can also hear the parking lot and the hallway all very clear in your room.

Location was convenient to hwys and stores. Pool area was nice but lots of chemicals in water and hot tubs jets were weak.

Our room heater died in the middle of the night so it was cold morning. Told front desk and they quickly moved us to another room but that room heater also was broken. Checked out 3 more rooms and finally the 3rd room was working. Staff said that’s good because if it wasn’t working they would have had to upgrade our room to a suite. Excuse me!!! That should have been the first option. No managers on site and when staff finally got ahold of one all they offered us was 10% off next stay. They said that since I booked with booking.com it was their problem and not the hotels even though I paid the hotel for the rooms and not booking. Very poor serve overall.

Too much people in the pool area for us.

it was clean and comfy, the staff were very friendly.

the floor by the pool and hit tubs were very slippery. the Hot Tubs were not working to full capacity. what I mean by that is not all the jets worked and the dials were broken.
