We arrived when there was an event happening at the Alerus Center next door and were unable to drive into the front side of the hotel. We were redirected to the back which had no connecting laneway to get to the front of the hotel, thus having to drag all of our luggage from behind the hotel to the front. There was no direction from the hotel that this was a possibility or instructions on where to park as an alternative.

Overall great experience! Best breakfast I've had so far at a motel!

very close to the Alerus centre

it wasn’t connected to the Alerus centre as we had thought. the property was very accommodating regarding the mistake that booking.com made with my reservation. for two weeks I was trying to get a hold of someone at booking.com cause I received a confirmation email about my stay but the staff at the hotel couldn’t find my reservation. and apparently after their staff looked into it, there were 13 other bookings that were made online with booking.com but they didn’t have a room either. i was glad I called ahead to confirm it myself so that I wasn’t surprised when I got there. but I was told there was some communication error between their system and yours. due to this unreliability it the system and the fact that booking.com did not respond to any of my messages, I’ll never use the booking site again.

The manager on the day shift gave the room assigned to me to another guest. Did not reassign me a new room, so when I got there they gave me the keys to a room already occupied. When I went back to get another room they said they were sold out and didn’t have any more left. They had just given the last one to a guy that had a king bed the one to upgrade him with the two queen beds that should’ve been reassigned to me!!! Then they tired to make my family take his room. 3 people one bed.. no way!! Not what I paid for or reserved! I was getting pretty frustrated after two hours dealing with their mistakes that cost me wasted time, aggravation over their oversight and I missed my families dinner reservations for my daughter’s graduation celebration because of this hotel staffs errors! So this was the worst experience I’ve ever had!!!

Super friendly staff, let me check-in early, and accommodated my request for a room facing the venue. Clean and comfortable room. Will definitely stay again.
