The room was spacious and the staff was very nice.

The small details in the room could have been cleaner - window sills were so dirty. Breakfast could have been more robust.

Breakfast was good. Nice variety and the kids liked the pancake machine.

The pool area was in disrepair. (They had a sign saying they were in the process of upgrading it, but it was left unaddressed too long. the doors were badly rusted, the HVAC system didn't work so it was almost 100*.)

The employees are friendly & efficient and the cleanliness of the hotel are the biggest draws. A nice surprise after the concert was 2 smiling employees greeting us in the lobby with complimentary water & cookies. Not too mention, the property is within walking distance to the concert venue. The friendly & busy manager could be found helping at the front desk at check in, helping at breakfast the next morning & cleaning floors as we left. He’s someone who cares about the business & the people he serves.

Quiet neighbourhood, friendly staff.

Bathroom was dirty under the sink. Pool area was falling apart, found a bandaid in the main pool, towels were stained.

Good location, neat, friendly staff, comfortable accomodation.

Dirty light fixtures, dirty shower, poor breakfast. Attendants were talking in the back room and not doing their job so food ran out and waffle batter was so runny it cause a big mess that wasn’t cleaned.
