The location and price was so reasonable.

The only thing I didn’t like was no lighting on the stairs. Other than that, it was nice.

Me and my husband want to give special recognition in this review to our host Michael Moose who assisted us in absolutely everything we needed during our stay in this wonderful place in an efficient, polite, friendly and caring way, he made us feel more than friends as a family, we want to say thank you infinitely and publicly, great hotel comfortable, clean, in an excellent location, beautiful landscapes, many places to go, but this would have been nothing without Michael's attention, thank you

The location was good.

Room had no refrigerator or microwave, very limited tv channels, bathtub wasn't clean and the shower curtain was scummy.

House keeping. If you needed anything you had to pickup your self at office. Rooms weren't picked up didnt expeck beds to be changed but at least made,Garbage in baskets were the customers responsibility. SInk drain was broke Wouldnt drain never stayed at a place where you had no services.For the same price all others added some sort of breakfast here coffee only.the outside appearance is looking a little stress,swimming pool half full of rock if your going to do away with it finish the job.

Close to Mt Rushmore and surrounding sites.

great location and seeing the heads from the parking lot was really cool! cute town too! walking distance from everything!

A great value and room. Staff member Christine was awesome. Very helpful. Always upbeat and smiling.

Advertising of breakfast and then stating (after the room is booked) that it was not being continued (or rooms cleaned) because of Covid. It's time to stop using that excuse and just tell the truth - or better yet, stop advertising one thing and then providing another. It was a great place and price without the breakfast. Just leave it at that.
