The room is spacious and the queen beds are very comfortable.

I have always enjoyed my stay at Super 8 and the employees have always been pleasant. Until my last visit, it was a bad experience at the front desk. The lady at the front desk was really rude, her deamener was short and really off putting. So much that she walked away after I explained that I had not ever been charged a deposit, since the first day I rented a room. She said whatever! Walked away and had a gentleman finish the transaction.. He even looked in the computer at my past history to check and see if I was stating a fact that was correct. Which it was. I don't understand the need for rudeness in a customer service environment.

Location was great. Breakfast was what I expected.

My son and sister had a woman approach them with no shoes on asking what could she do for a couple of dollars. That made us a little concerned. The mini fridge leaked water on the floor had to put a towel down.

There was a strong odor in the room that smelled of old cigarette smoke mixed with a musty smell.

Overpriced. Filthy. Live mice in room. Broken security lock. Had to push furniture up against the door. Shower and bathroom was gross. Dwarers broken. TV didn't work correctly.

Location off highway

Bathroom floor was filthy and sink/icebucket had shavings in it. I asked them to clean the bathroom again and when we returned, I could tell they had been in there, but it was still disgusting. We left and drove home late at night. There was no way we were sleeping there.

The staff were all polite, and they did let me check in a little early, but we're unable to assist me with my problem about the room

Tv only had 1 channel, room floors were filthy, curtains were torn and dirty, fridge was dirty, could not sleep due to extreme loudness outside, not worth my money for sure
