the room and the bed were fine. liked the kitchen

receptionist WAS NOT THERE FOR OVER 20 MINUTES lied when i returned from looking for her, she said she WAS there. i went into the back office and bathroom and to the back door fearing she may have been hurt. she was NOT there. when i returned from looking around outside she was there and claimed she had been there all night. then she double charged me for the rooms stating she did not see a charge from booking.com even though i showed her my account. booking.com has not answered my emails! a horrible experience...just horrible!

the bathroom was not clean nor were the floors

It was close to the airport.

My room key didn't work when I got back to my room at 11:00pm. Apparently, there is no front desk staffing at night. It was freezing and I had to wander around until I found the phone you have to use to call the staff. It rang for over a minute before someone answered. Then it took a while for him to get me a new key. I was shivering uncontrollably the whole time, and he made me stand outside in the cold while he made a new key. There were also no cups to drink water out of. The room was old and gross, with stains everywhere. I slept on top of the covers, despite how cold I was. Will definitely not be returning here next time I'm in town.

It wasn't very clean, breakfast wasn't the greatest also neighbors were loud slamming doors etc. Was told there was a jacuzzi tub which was untrue and staff was not friendly.

Nice sized room. Very clean. Quiet.

Could not get a clerk for over 15 minutes. Went to look for someone. Couldn't not find anyone. Used the emergency phone outside and was told she had never left the office....(She wasn't aware that I had walked all the way to the back of the office, past the bathroom and the supply room thinking she may have been hurt and saw no one) Then she charged me for a room II had already paid for on Booking.com. because she said she didn't see it on her site.

there was No Coffee pot or utensils or pots I’ve never stayed anywhere where you didn’t have a coffee pot in the room especially when we got a room with a kitchen

When we arrived to check in there was no desk clerk to be found. Waited over an hour and no one showed up. Ended up waiting with approximately 15-20 other people and we finally decided to call metro police to do a well being check. In the end we had to find another hotel. Not happy at all.
