The location was good for my event I was attending

The room was not so clean and the faucet leaked and holes in walls and door and seen some roaches

Staff was fairly nice.

Floors where visibility dirty especially bathroom. Drawers had ashes,microwave dirty,light switches dirty. I basically had to clean the room. Cobwebs and dust balls on carpet.

I was so pleased with this hotel. They were super nice and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure my experience was exceptional.

The room had bugs, smelled like cigarettes and wet dog.

Room very outdated, no door for bathroom, sprinkler system dripped in kitchen area, cabinets dirty, dresser drawers dirty, lights are filthy, beer cans and bottles all over back parking area.

my son got locked in the bathroom because the door handle wouldn’t open so we had to get maintenance to get him out

DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY, FILTHY DIRTY, ROACHES, CHANGED ROOMS AND IT GOT WORSE, WE ENDES UP GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER EXPERIENCED, OUT DATED, PREVIOUS PEOPLE CLEARLY SMOKED IN ROOMS, ASH EVIDENCE IN ROOM, COBWEBS, BROKEN FURNITURE! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

The receptionist was a woman that had the worst attitude possible. Should totally be fired.
