Staff was fun and super nice !

There really wasn't anything I didn't like . Minus going up and down the slid with My kids but they loved it lol !

the location, although it was tricky to get to the actual parking lot.

the pool was dirty. the staff was rude.

There was lots of parking and the common areas of the place were clean. The rooms are very spacious and was worth the price you paid for the room!

The water slides were a bit outdated and the pool area could you use some TLC but overall the place was great!

The room size was great and we were happy about the couch in the room.

The front desk person that greeted us when we arrived seemed rude and unwelcoming.

On Dec 10 I booked a room for one night room 403. Around 230 am I woke up to use the bathroom and found a bed bug crawling on the back of my arm. At first I didn’t know what it was though it was I google and same picture of the bug appears so I know in fact it was a bed bug I took z picture and immediately went to the front desk and explained. He then quickly apologized said he can move me to another room down the hall to 414. After having to wake my daughter up in the middle of the night and moving all our things I do understand I did get another room but do expect an discount for all the trouble let alone the worries of having my daughter come in contact or bringing the bugs home with our items. It will not be easy to go back to sleep knowing bugs were just crawling on me.I also want to make sure something is done to get ride of the pests so another family doesn’t have the same or worse experience as I do

Microwave and fridges smelled. Sheets were dirty. Room wasn’t cleaned 2nd night. Toilet didn’t work properly. Steam room didn’t work. Pool looked cloudy. Slides looked rusty. Water pressure in shower was poor. Ice machine not working. 1 Bathroom light was burnt out Grouchy employees. Especially front desk person with a bad attitude

The hotel had a wonderful pool area with two slides and a large hot tub. It had good ventilation. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The continental breakfast had small omelettes which was a nice change from scrambled eggs.

The pullout sofa mattress was dirty and stained so couldn’t be used. That’s unacceptable.
