Absolutely loved this property it’s very family oriented and does a lot with the kids. It was very impressive.

when labeled as executive suite  I did thing there would be more to it, just a larger king size room. has to get a different tv and mini fridge

the room was dirty, smelled musty, front desk staff was incredibly rude and dismissive

They gave us a different room on the gulfside because of no visibility out of our room beside two overhang columns

well the pool wasn’t working at all lazy river was out no Continental breakfast didn’t have coffee for the guest only at the $16.95 breakfast buffet that was way to expensive got woken up at 4am because of the fire alarm went off for whatever reason so no the stay was horrible. Will never stay there again for the price I paid.

It was the best accommodation of my life. The staff was so friendly and the facilities were perfect. It's a place I want to go back to.

Outdoor pool was nice.

Room needed to be updated. The bathroom had no exhaust fan, so light fixtures were rusted, edge of tub moldy. Balcony railing needed painting. Our room was only cleaned once during our 4 night stay. Had to get towels and soap from front desk. Expected more considering the price we paid.

it is not anywhere near as nice as the Pensacola Location. we were overcharged and had to wait 5-7 days for a refund was told there were no balcony rooms, got to room and called downstairs for room change with different representative and was given a room immediately with a balcony.

The amenities were fantastic! The pool areas were awesome, and the beach access was great. The little tiki bar/restaurant by the pool was really good too. The breakfast buffet was terrific. Great parking as well. Overall a wonderful resort perfectly located!

We had a couple of those small roaches in our room. One in a dresser drawer, and the other in the bathroom. No big deal, but not what you want to see.

the outside amenities were good

the rooms were terrible. smelled like urine in our first first and they had no where to move us for over 25”4 hrs.
