On the beach great bar with great service

Refrigerator didn’t keep things cold carpet came up so we had to keep a towel over it so our feet didn’t get hurt. Our room was far away from the elevator lazy river is small. Had to use a card to get towels

Great location, close to lots of shopping and restaurants. I liked that you could walk out to the pool and then down to the beach.

So we loved the location of this hotel, we had a 3 day / 2 night stay and it was perfect for a beach day... an aquarium & swim day... and a hotel swim & date day. 95% of the hotel was clean as well, and my room had a tinge of bleach scent when we arrived so I was confident that my room was freshly cleaned. The Staff were endlessly friendly to me and my family during our entire stay. If we had any issues, they were quick tp fix them and ensure the hotel portion of our vacation was perfect. The pool was magical as well.

So just a few healthy gripes. The big one... no wifi or cell access in our room. Technically if this was planned by the hotel, I'd love them for the idea. We were almost completely cut off from the outside world (because we also had no cell service in our room) which made for a wonderful... (truly) wonderful vacation. Our room had some slight damage to the inside bottom of the bathroom door and to the frame of the same door, and while not earth shattering... for the price of this hotel mid-summmer it's something you'll notice. A personal gripe, I didn't like that there was a sense of an obligation to tip servers for a self-service breakfast. Again, our theme was... for the price of the room and services... and the price of the breakfast... the least comfortable feeling was the obligation to tip a waiter for a self serve breakfast. Also, last small gripe... In the children's rooms, it's lovely that the deck door is not at a child's height. It would be equally lovely if none of the switches in the rooms were at children's height. Probably not possible but... would be lovely. Our 3 y/o had great fun flipping all the lights on and off. Anyway, I loved our stay and I'll definitely return in the future.

it cost $500.00 a night for a to $150 to $200.00 room, even at that overprice I ended up paying 10.00 a night to park. I was told my problem was I did not book directly with them, and that I used Booking.com. I was under the impression I had a water view, which I did not. I was attending the EOD Warrior Ball at the Convention Center on Saturday 6 May,and was committed to stay once I arrived. This will be my end for staying at this Hotel, and my last booking with Booking.com.

I loved the location and the amenities. very clean and family friendly.

I feel like the staff could have been more informative. I wasn’t given any information about the hotel when I checked in about where things were or about the restaurant inside. I was just given keys and a parking pass.
