Staff was excellent. Breakfast was fantastic. Pool and hot tub area were clean.

Room was spacious but could have used some slight additional cleaning. The kitchen accessories in the drawers were not all clean, the couch had food stains on it and there were chips under the fold out couch when we went to make the bed for our children. Just a slight amount of touch ups would have made the whole experience even better.

Unable to access breakfast due to medical procedure, but reception offered trail mix for later—a thoughtful gesture. Appreciated all the safety bars in the bathroom. Kitchen area was very nice. We appreciated not hearing sounds from other visitors. Convenient to be next to hospital. Comfortable bed—great pillows!

Because my medical procedure required many trips to the toilet, I could have used better quality toilet paper. The sofa bed, as sofa, was not comfortable to sit on. It was too low to the ground for a handicapped-accessible room—difficult to get up from. Could have used another blanket.

Location was close to Sanford Hospital which is what we wanted. The front desk lady was excellent !!!!!!! Great variety of breakfast items! Comfortable bed. Enough parking for everyone.

Shower flow was awful !!!! It was so bad I couldn't get all the shampoo out of my hair. I can see limiting the flow but this was horrible. The carpet is the elevator was filthy. Also the carpet beside the bed was badly stained.
