booked a queen double and they got my room wrong, ended up in a queen suite with 2 bathrooms and bedroom bathroom didn’t work, no hot water

Great location for what we were there for.

No free breakfast. Room received was not what I had booked. There were some things in room that were not clean. Would not give 1 extra pillow for room that had pull out bed because they are to busy. The poor ladies at the breakfast area/bar were over loaded and needed help.

The check in person was not descriptive about the room location and did not tell me my room number or location of the room. Or how to enter the building from the rear.she was to busy trying to get back to hiding in the corner behind the counter and her phone

The place looked really nice and clean was updated. Beds were comfortable, We ordered a pizza and they delivered right to the room. The pool looked really nice.

In the middle of the night I got up to use the bathroom and turned on the bathroom light and there were roaches in the bathroom. More than one! Then I noticed there were roaches on the pizza box!

I Didn’t like that, different from other HIE in Oklahoma, they asking to sign a $50 for eventualities. Also when I booked it was advertised as “breakfast is included” and found that was not the case at that place

Clean smelling and had a bar and restaurant on site! Very friendly staff and very comfortable!

The air conditioner, even though grateful it works great, just a little loud. But no other complaints at all!! Very beautiful hotel!
