Location to our destination

We arrived after a long 5 hour drive from out of state at approximately at 11:45 pm, exhausted and ready for a good nights rest. We get to our room and it was very cold so we adjusted the thermostat for a higher heat. The heater in the room never warmed up and it ran all night! We had to stay bundled up tightly in the blankets to stay somewhat warm. We called the front desk around 7:30 am upon waking up to inform them of this and they offered to send a tech up to look at it. We declined due to having to shower and get ready for an appt elsewhere at 10am and we were checking out today. Upon checking out, I mentioned this again and I was told they were sorry for the inconvenience. It was more than an inconvenience and I feel like there should have been some kind of rate discount due to the issue. It was very cold out side therefore having a cold room to sleep in and nothing to compensate for the issue, I give this stay a 2 on a scale of 1-10! We stay at this location often and was very disappointed this go round.

That I left

Mold filled the room. My son ended up in the Emergency Room.

Excellent atmosphere, attentive staff and quality bar and food.

The staff are very cooperative, the facility is clean and the price is acceptable

The breakfast was below our expectations

The balcony room with the city view was amazing. The room was big and bathroom very nice roomy.

Great location and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Coffee available in the lobby.

Room too cold . No control over air. Bed not as comfortable as some .
