Location, staff, one gentleman went to our room to repair / get the tv to work , room was a good size and clean

Whoever was in the Adjoining room set their alarm or wake up call for 5 am and let go for 1/2 hour until I banged on the door , but this isn’t the hotel’s fault.

It was one of the best hotels I've stayed in for a long time. Great experience.

We never got to stay there. Upon arrival we was informed our room had been cancelled on May 24th. But on Monday, June5th, I received a confirmation from Sure Stay saying they were expecting us on Wednesday, June 7th. I did not cancel this room and we had a very hard time getting another room further from our Conference. We were told our room was cancelled on May 24th. We did not cancel out. I was very disappointed that this had happen to us.

The breakfast was good, and the staff was excellent and friendly.

The convenient store in place of vending machines did not actually have a lot of stuff, and the prices were a little bit high for example 250 for a bottle of Coca-Cola. But overall it was nice to have that convenience.
