Unit 204 was updated with an adorable beach vibe with everything needed and more to “live” at the beach while visiting!!

The folks upstairs were ridiculously loud all night and there was no one at the front desk to help until 10:30 am the next day-I’m already on the beach by then….

I loved how clean the rooms were and refreshing. I felt at home here. I love the kitchen and all the supplies you get to cook meals at home (which in turns saves you money especially great if you cannot eat certain foods due to medical related reasons). It has an indoor pool (not as big as the pictures made it look) but it’s warm and my daughter enjoyed it and seeing her smile means the world to me. I enjoyed the balcony at the property we view of the ocean.

The air condition did not work in the bedroom (made it really hot) also could use updated outdoor balcony furniture) maybe just our room? We stayed in 302.

Close to beach, great office staff to help you check in. Would stay here again!

It was nice.

Right near the beach within walking distance. Comfortable space for 4 people , 2 adults and 2 kids.

We had a minor issue with the shower draining. It was repaired and working within the same day. The staff was very prompt in fixing it. The swimming pool was also closed so that was a bummer especially it being a reason we booked there.

It is in a great location and the price is good. The staff were very kind. The beds were clean and comfortable. Really liked that linen was included so we didn’t have to pack it. The game room was fun for the kids. Parking was easy and convenient. We could leave our beach stuff in the car and didn’t have to lug it back and forth from the room to the beach.

We were excited about the indoor pool but didn’t get in because it didn’t look clean. There was a film on top of the water. I didn’t ask about it because we were only there for a couple days and spent most of our time at the beach. The condo we stayed in had 2 balconies but only had sitting on one. The tv in the bedroom was a plus but it only worked for one night. Also, only one lamp worked, the shower light was out and the batteries in the remote were dead. Again, I’m sure those issues could have been resolved easily but we didn’t feel like dealing with it since we were only there for a short stay and we could easily work around those things.

Location is excellent, beds are comfortable and spacious. Condo has all necessary things to stay. There is pretty nice recreation area on 2nd floor with ping-pong table, chess tables,, etc. Personnell is very friendly. Parking is located beneath the 2nd floor, so your vehicle rests in shadow, parking spots' number is sufficient for everybody.

Drainage of condensing water in air conditioners is external and leaks around the building. Air conditioners look very old and are located at every balcony. And they are noisy. Balcony floor not always has proper slope, so you can see some shallow pool on balcony floor. Not all electric power sockets are functional. The number of them is insufficient especially with nowadays charging needs and cpap machines. External cold water facility for washing down sand on the way from beach to room does not have any (privacy) walls at all and needs the penetrating (grating) floor for sand and water to easily go down. Looks like water quality in internal pool is below par: water is not transparent at all and you cannot see signs of it's movement supposing it has to be constantly filtered.
