They stole money from me for service I didn't not receive

Manager Oscar was rude and unprofessional

I like room, new furniture and beds. Lamps with connections for phones. Carpet clean. Mattress confortable. Maybe more pillows. Swimming pool outdoor we didn’t use. Laundry room. Restroom clean. Really small towels. Easy access to parking lot.

Lady at front desk super rude, and they don’t have breakfast. Small towels in shower. Parking lot duty.

Insgesamt sind wir enttäuscht. Wir sind bisher immer in billigen Motel gewesen und dachten uns vorm Heimflug gönnen wir uns ein schönes Hotel. Wir haben 4 Nächte gebucht. Wir haben uns von den positiven Bewertungen leiten lassen. Da hier auch Partys stattfinden ist es sehr laut. Die Party Gäste schlafen hier und die Party geht auf dem Zimmer weiter. Selbst auf nachfragen wird das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Es hat uns sehr enttäuscht

The location

The first room they gave us has a huge roach in it. We went to the front desk and I showed her pictures. She then gave me a second room. It looked fine but to my surprise. I wake up with a roach in the bed. So I checked out a day early. I asked to speak to the manager about compensation. Of course I got the run around. I still have not heard from him. Then they tell booking my security deposit was paid back in cash and NO IT WAS NOT.

Friday, Saturday Sunday waiting sheets, towels, and etc…… Where are doing waiting sheets 😒😟😞😕 Deaf hard-hearing 🧐 $115 deposit Sunday ????

Everything, clean comfortable the crew is very hospitable.

No breakfeast… however there is food spots near by so it makes up for it when it’s literally walking distance
