The breakfast was great, a good variety of food and a clean area.

I don't like finding dirty, used washclothes in the shower of my room upon arrival. Also, the handle of the bathtub was on upside down. So the hot water side of the handle was actually cold water. I asked for a quiet room.....far from it. Outside my room from 10:00 pm to around 11:15 pm was a semi-truck, loading or unloading items off the truck. It was extremely loud and obnoxious. Then the garbage truck showed up at 3:00 am to dumb the dumpster, once again, extremely loud. I did not sleep AT ALL during my one night stay.

the price I was quoted was not the price I was charged, the price was higher at checkin and no expectations was given!

The main blanket on the bed was lacking and had stains…we bought an extra blanket while we were out and used that instead….

We liked the location close to downtown Nashville.

Location couldn’t have been better! Right off the highway! parking was only $7 a day which is cheaper than other hotels and parking areas. Comfortable beds! Loved the shower!

Breakfast was delicious, the wide selection was wonderful.

The toilet in the our hotel room was very low to the ground for us older people. Also the room had a cracked tile on the bathroom floor.

Our room was very clean.

The check in clerk had an excellent attitude but was left alone after only 4 days and the evening bartender did not show up.

Clean and quiet. Roni the general manager was very helpful. Breakfast was great. Loved the infused water in the lobby. The shuttle was a great free service that they offered.

The pool could be bigger.
