Overall very comfortable stay. Lots of room to spread out our collection of ski trip clothing and gear. They provided us a free upgrade as well since there were few guests and a cancelation. Beautifully decorated with large photo murals of local outdoor scenes in room and hallways.

The dual heating units were an issue we didn't figure out. We tried setting the one in the living area at about 68 and the one in the bedroom at 60 for sleeping and it seemed to still be too warm in bedroom. It was as though the bedroom unit was tied to the living area unit. If this is the case, there should only be a single control panel to adjust. Another idea would be to have a few electrical outlets in the parking area for diesel vehicles such as our pickup truck. Engine warmers can be crucial with starting in very cold weather.

very minor point, but the shower curtain was dirty, looked like someone had sprayed the shampoo on the curtain, and it was never cleaned, or some other blue colored liquid splattered

From the first moment, the inn was very charming and comfortable feeling. Everything was very clean, but didn't have a bleach smell. All the staff was friendly and helpful.

The following things are minor. For a lengthy stay it would be nice to have little more storage in the bedroom. A larger trashcan in the room would be nice too.

When we arrived Casey was super nice and helpful! Explained everything asked if we had questions. Then said okay go ahead and grab your key and I’ll show you to your room. The room was phenomenal. Super clean, up to date with style.

I have never left a review after a hotel stay, but it felt necessary. It was an excellent experience! The room was very clean and cute. The staff was such a pleasure and the restaurant was delicious.

The room was quaint and cozy. The bed was very comfortable, very good bath linens. Overall the experience was pleasant and comfortable. The team at Roam Inn were polite and friendly. Definitely recommend the hotel.

Too many stairs to get luggage to the room. View was good from our suite, but honestly there is a high school across the street and you have to look over it to enjoy the view.

- It is a nice European-style hotel, very different from the American mass constructions. - The dinner and cocktails were really good! - The staff are friendly and helpful!

- Like all the hotels in UP, it was way over-priced! - The dinner was also over-priced! - I wish at least it was including warm options and more options for breakfast with the price that we paid!

Even though we weren't expecting breakfast, the "small" offerings were excellent; e.g. muffins, yogurt with fruit. The attached restaurant was excellent.

The only thing I can think of is that a computer desk would have helped.
