We weren't able to get in right at 4:00 and went to visit others in the building until ready. We went back at 4:40 and were able to get in. It was dark and no porch lights on so hard to see key pad.

The fact the room had not be cleaned and smelled of dog dander and fur under the bed not to mention I couldn't get any extra supplies like toilet paper !!! Yet you send me a text to ask me what I need I tell you and you can't do that really not sure why you bother texting me really not happy with my stay only been going to neskowi for 40years pretty sad it couldn't be more pleasant vist

The Ocean View was the only good thing about this place!

Entire place needs to be gutted & updated! Very Stained Carpet, gross Bathroom & Decor, Bed & Bedding Old & Not Comfortable! Worst Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. (Depressing) Should not be rented out again until it is updated! The only redeeming thing about this place was the Ocean View! The owner should sell it if they are not planning to up date this property - or take it out of the rental pool!

The NLT positive thing was the view! Nothin* else was impressive in th3 least!

The indicated key lock, based upon the room next door did not work. Support staff was called @nd the were of no help! Called a second time @nd finally got someone to show up to help. The person who showed up even said the lock was unsatisfactory! Carpet was filthy and stained, hot is were sent. Minimal number of plug in were available and all of them were on extension cords, unsafe!! Bathroom floor was dirty as well as the shower curtain! Even the cheapest motel I have stayed at in my 71 years provided better and cleaner accommodations! Wi-Fi password was not provided. No phone directory or TV channel guide was provided. I will NOT recommend anyone ever stay there!!!
