the property was nice, it was closed off so it felt private even though there was other cabins around. had pretty much anything you could need there which was great.

the hot tub didn’t work and a lot of the screens on the back porch were disconnected so we weren’t able to utilize the outdoor space which was a big reason we decided to stay there so that was unfortunate.

Nothing worked!

No regular TV channels. Intermittent (on and off) internet streaming channels. No working phone. Sporadic and unreliable WI FI. Large leak in wall with water puddle on living room floor. Gas grill not working, broken or out of lpg. all deficiencies reported to staff. Staff very friendly, promised to send local maintenance out which never happened and did absolutely nothing (no follow-up) to resolve any of our problems. We were instructed to remove trash and take it to the Vacasa dumpster several miles away. Final price paid was more than double the advertised price due to all sorts of add-ons.

location and cabin size was very appropriate.

Some attention to cleaning details were lacking, and the hot tub did not function properly.

old chalet in pics looks better. bed terrible I still have back pain. not really clean. outside jacuzzi old and work partially. broken window and bees inside for all my stay didn’t get any refunds and bad costumer service. almost forget you will have no service in the phone and no working Wi-Fi.

Great weekend getaway relax and peaceful

We had little trouble with the jacuzzi because it wouldn't heat much but we still enjoy it
