I hate to write but truth is , wifi is worst , air conditioner is more worst never got cool ,i will never visit again this hotel. Please guys avoid this hotel

We booked very last minute after the failure of another hotel, and stayed one night on our way north from Hong Kong. The hotel is an easy taxi ride from the Shenzhen North Railway Station (the driver knew exactly where the hotel is located). The staff was extremely helpful in checking in and in arranging a back to the train station in the morning. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Unqualified recommendation!

no heating on, took an hour to bring heater to room, no dining available, no spa all advertised as available, booking was pre paid on arrival staff said it had not been paid, then requested to pay so did this…provided copy of booking and after 20 minutes they refunded the money I was requested to pay. Paid for a suite room was tired and not per photographs. very poor this hotel could learn a lot from the Ramada in Huizhou South, I had stayed there many times and it is an excellent hotel and the main reason I selected the Ramada North Railway Station Hotel as I was on an early train the next day..if you are needing to stay local to Shenzhen North Railway Station, ho the Pullman far superior in all aspects and likely cheaper.

The room is too old, can't adjust the temperature. Too expensive for the old room.

the location was good as its not far from the railway station and the shopping centre is just down the road. The staff was really helpful and always helped us with booking the DiDi (local Uber app). The property isn't in the best of conditions but good if you are not going to spend much time in the room. the rooms are very spacious but the furniture in it is outdated and definitely needs a revamp. we had issues with the AC and so we asked to change the room and were immediately transferred to another room.
