Clean, beautiful, comfortable and the host was fantastic!

Location, Amenities, Quiet/Privacy

Out of date, old and damaged furnishings (carpet, towel racks, sink, pillows, cupboards).

Condo was clean and bigger than expected. Carpet in the master bathroom, so we primarily stayed in the 2nd bedroom. Location was fine, depending on what you want to do. We used the olympic pool once and had brunch at the country club once, and used one of the 46 "smaller" pools once...so location of condo was good in this aspect. We drove out to other restaurants in the area for dinners, and the condo was close the entrance/exit and about 7 minutes away from where all the restaurants we at were.

Communication with the host was par at best. She was really good at replying when we first booked the condo. Although seemed a little "sales-y" and tried to get us to extend our stay another night. She also kept pushing an all you can eat Friday Spaghetti dinner at the country club (we were there for 2 nights - Sat-Mon). We almost cancelled trip due to COVID about a month prior, but due to the non-refundable policy and an effort to try and get credit or move the reservation, the only way we'd be able to get a refund, is if we found another party to take over our reservation. Luckily we were COVID free a couple weeks prior to trip so we took the trip and made sure to communicate that to the host prior to the trip (<--important to note that). However, we arrived and our condo was not cleaned or ready. We texted at 11a, asking for an early check-in, only to receive a reply at 2p saying that our condo was not cleaned/ready and we didn't communicate to her that we were going to be there. After texting back and forth about communication issues (her blaming us), she ultimately said she got us mixed up with another reservation that arrived on/around the same time. We didn't get into the condo until 7p that evening.

Last minute rental with quick access!

For last minute, NOTHING!

The grounds at the resort are beautiful! The house sits on the golf course and surrounded by palm trees. Wonderful to wake up to sunshine most mornings, especially since we are from Seattle.

Wish the patio was longer in order to enjoy more view of the golf course.
