WHAT A TERRIFIC STAY! Even before arriving, every question I asked was answered promptly .. .. For the many wise visitors to the property, be aware that the parking lot driveway is not labeled so try to arrive in daylight .. .. Property is wonderful, spacious and super-comfortable .. .. Everything is clearly labeled with instructions and the kitchen is so well-equipped that there will be very little you will need to buy but your own water/food .. .. Loved that the pool was just below the apartment .. .. Jumped in every day and I was the only one .. .. Location is nice and quiet >>> POKE SHACK (delicious & fresh) is right across the street and a small market is just steps away to the left of the driveway .. .. Thanks Holualoa Gardens and I hope to re-book really soon!!

Near beaches. Pretty quiet and secluded for being so near Alli'i road. Spacious condo is nicely furnished and beds are very comfortable. We loved the large bathroom with walk-in shower. Off street parking. We didn't use the kitchen but it had everything you would need. Convenient to shopping and dining but you need a car.

Noise from neighbors mainly from going up and down the nearby stairs. Not noticeable except in the bedroom.

Inside was nice.

I killed four cockroaches and saw more that I didn't kill. Two roaches were mating when I woke up in the middle of the night and walked into the kitchen. One roach started crawling up the side of the toilet when I was on it.

The location is great. The building is behind the hostel which cuts down on road traffic noise. The kitchen is well equipped. The unit was very clean. The queen bed was super comfortable. The complex is very quiet. We would stay again.

The sofa has seen better days and in our opinion should be replaced. A floor lamp suitable for reading would be a good addition in the living room. Also beach chairs and cooler would be a great addition. We rented some from Snorkel Bob's.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The apartment is in a good location, aprox 20 min drive from Kona airport, close to several beaches. It is equipped with all you need to cook small meals when you decide not to go out. There was no breakfast provided. We enjoyed our stay here, very quite and pleasant, I really recommend it to anyone for the value of money. Bonus for the location: it's just across the street from a very good poke shop.

We had a power outage on our last night but is was resolved very fast by the owner's representative.

The condo was in a good location at Kona as the beach was right across the street. We requested a few items upon arrival and Jason was really responsive and likeable. We enjoyed our time here.

Small items like coffee pot and water heater weren't working but they were replaced as soon as we made the request. The property manager, Jason, was great.

I liked that was away from town so it was in a quiet area the neighbors here are very very quiet. Fast response when I ran out of supplies, housekeeper was here within an hour to give supplies. Very good management

I didn’t like the television, I was unable to get regular tv and when air conditioner on it was very hard to hear tv even when at 60. There is a speaker remote but could not figure out how to use it.

No breakfast included.

Just a head’s up: be sure to save or print out the front door code before arrival. My cell phone reception (T-Mobile) was terrible at this location and I couldn’t log into my email account to get the front door code. Luckily, a resident let me log into his WiFi hotspot, and I was able to find the email with the access code.

Every thing was perfect they thought of everything to make our stay the best it could be

Great location, amazing place, perfect for a week long getaway.

Location was close to local beaches yet set off from the main road. Digital front door lock was handy so we didn't have to worry about keys.
