Too many homeless out front and was chased by someone

The staff, the location, the cleanliness of their facility.

I loved the way the room was clean but not only the room the whole building .I enjoyed my stay and I’ve booked again already for September 18

La grandeur de la chambre, la propreté, le lit, les installation, l emplacement proche de tout mais un peu la zone. Très calme, pas de bruit. Petit dej compris et copieux. Bien agencé. Roof top très sympa Par contre spéciale dédicace aux valets de la journée et du soir car 2 personnes adorables et très serviables

J avais pris une chambre supérieur sauf que je n avais pas fait attention il était marqué SANS VUE .. et pour moi c était sur cours et pas sur rue .. non non c était sans fenêtre oui oui donc 2 semaines tout au néons pas top. Manque de prise. Les femmes du ménage ne comprenaient pas grand chose et en 2 semaines ma chambre n a jamais été lavée

Stylish design and quality linen, furniture, bathroom fixtures - feels new and far more expensive than the rate we paid. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is good - we were happy here

$40 parking costs $20 in the public lot across the street; front doors are heavy and loud / make a poor first impression, which is unfortunate.

It is in walking distance to all the shops or restaurants you need.

Emplacement proche du centre sans être directement dans le centre animé. Litterie confortable et climatisation peu sonore et efficace.

L’ensemble des services est défectueux (1 ascenseur sur 3 pour deux hôtels de 14 étages - pas de service de glace fonctionnel - salle laverie non accessible - frigo trop petit dans la chambre - serviettes en nombre insuffisant à aller chercher à l’accueil - bidons de savons vides dans la douche….. il faut donc tout le temps réclamer…) Parking de l’hôtel cher et limite au niveau sécurité. Nous nous sommes garés à quelques rues de la dans des quartiers plus sûrs.

When they cleaned the room, they forgot to give us wash towels. Otherwise, everything else was good.

I liked the location. The location was within 20 minutes of every where we wanted to go.

The air didn’t work properly, they didn’t have clean towels to exchange and the staff over booked the rooms. Somebody tried entering our room in the middle of the night. The communication amongst the staff was nonexistent.

La réception était ouverte 24/24 donc toujours quelqu'un de dispo pour nous aider. L'hôtel est à moins de 10 min à pied du centre ville. Il y a de nombreux espaces pour s'installer et un rooftop de ouf trop top, à découvrir surtout le soir pour le couché de soleil et la nuit pour les lumières de la ville.

Il n'y a pas de quoi se restaurer ni dans l'hôtel ni à proximité, ce qui oblige à commander ou à sortir de l'hôtel et aller en ville. Après, la grande avenue de Canal street permet de trouver de quoi se restaurer.

Gute Lage. In 10 Gehminuten waren wir im French Quarter. Selfparking ggü. war pro Tag mit 15$ günstig. Tipp: nicht über das Hotel zahlen sondern direkt am Parkplatz. Das Hotel nimmt 20$+Tax.

Es gab keinen Roomservice. Die Empfangsdame war mehr als unfreundlich. Wir fragten nach einem Babybett und wurden darauf verwiesen, dass das Housekeeping heute nicht mehr im Hause ist und wir bis morgen warten sollen. Somit sollte unser 11-Monate altes Baby ungesichert auf einem hohen Boxspringbett schlafen. Auf dem Weg zum Zimmer kam uns eine andere Mitarbeiterin entgegen, die wir nochmals wegen dem Babybett fragten und siehe da, sie hatte uns eins direkt besorgt.

it was booked a king but it defintiely was not. Bathroom smelled of urine and that was not us, not enough hooks to hang towels and other tihings in the room for multiple people, dark in the room. One door in lobby open and not labled, I observed travelors wandering outside, asking questions, and not knowing what to do. One even asked us as we walked out. Not having a pool is a problem. OUr room looked out on an old pool area that was disguting. Either close it in or bring it up to code or whatever but it was gross, grafiti As I looked up a balcony off to the right was decrepit outside our room and it looked looked dangerous.

We did not get up early enough.

Lighting in room could be brighter. Breakfast food was limited choices.

O atendimento do pessoal foi muito bom, na sua maioria foram bem prestativos, os quartos são confortáveis, talvez faltando melhorias na iluminação e no banheiro que faltava ventilação. Mas é um local que ficaria novamente.

O café da manhã deixou a desejar, pelo valor da estadia nosso grupo esperava mais, não tinha frutas e pães normais, como o de forma, somente aqueles adocicados, ruins para se comer com o bacon, ovos por exemplo. Na comparação com outros hotéis que ficamos nessa viagem ele foi o pior que tivemos, penso que poderiam melhorar.

The first room was not clean properly. The refrigerator was leaking water in the room on the floor, bed had make up residue on the sheets, and the floors turned my white socks BLACK!

Nothing

The bathroom door was broken, the tv was broken, the staff was not at all friendly, the lobby looked nothing like the pictures, the location was horrible and they messed up our reservation.

la chambre et de pouvoir laisser son bagage après le départ de la chambre avant de partir prendre un avion c'est tout ce que j'ai apprécié.

la chambre en bout de couloir donnait au coin du bâtiment se trouvait entre l'autoroute et une grande artère de la ville. du bruit incroyable toute la nuit. le petit déjeuner est très léger, pas de pains ni viennoiseries, plus d'eau chaude pour le thé par exemple à 8h30 alors qu'ils ferment à 9h. d'ailleurs c'est très tôt la fermeture du petit déjeuner, le roof top, nul, très nul

Nous sommes restés une nuit seulement, l'hôtel est bien placé (possible de tout faire à pied), le personnel est agréable et le petit déjeuner est bien fourni.

La salle de bain était tout juste propre

TV, the roof garden volume was really low. Bar guy tried to use to remote didn’t work. I had to go to my room to watch the superbowl. Wasn't happy.

Nice location, the city panoramic view from my room was the highlight of my stay, spacious room, comfortable beds, and LaTanya at the front desk and Kedrick with valet were absolutely awesome! Kedrick seriously deserves a raise, Springhill Suites is lucky to have him! He is very courteous and such a pleasant person!!

My check-in process was smooth but it was a meh experience. No-one at the front desk or lobby bar seemed super cheerful or greeted me in a manner that I would have hoped for. I wasn’t reminded about breakfast time or informed of what floor the roof top bar, fitness center, and laundry was located on, and there was nothing noted inside of the room. My room had an old, wet, mildew type smell. This was my biggest dislike about the property. Also, upon checkout, Joe in valet was not very helpful. I understand if it’s not his job but not offering to help with luggage or at least open the car doors for myself and 2 female friends was flabbergasting. He just pulled up the car, didn’t even acknowledge us, I had to ask for my keys. Compared to how Kedrick treated us throughout my stay (who even opened the car doors of Uber drivers), I was highly disappointed.

Good size room.

Mold in the shower. Was put in handicap room . Didn’t request handicap room. Due to that water on floor when you shower. Bar hours need to be adjusted. No restaurant. Also we arrived after midnight. You have to have a key code to get in after hours. I had to call a friend staying there to get in building, so we could check in

Personal muy amable. Muy cerca de Bourbon Street a 10min a pie o bien adquieres la Jazzypass de 3 días por 8$ y tienes tranvías casi delante del hotel. Habitación muy grande y renovada. La primera habitación que nos dieron se estropeó la climatización pero el recepcionista muy amable y eficiente nos dió la misma 1 piso más arriba. Lavandería autoservicio en la última planta. Por 5$ ropa lavada y secada en 1h.

Desayuno muy flojo y de no muy buena calidad. Las ventanas de la habitación no se abren con lo que no puedes ventilar las y además no insonorizadas bien pues se oyen sirenas a cada rato. Hay un puente donde duermen sin techo en tiendas de campaña al lado, pero en Nueva Orleans vas a ver vagabundos por todas partes.
