The swimming pool has way too much chlorine in it.burns your eyes just by walking into the pool area.

I didn’t like that me and my family made reservations base on the pool being open! When I checked in the pool was open but when we went to get something to eat and came back now it’s closed! I asked what the problem was and they say oh it’s being cleaned wait 30 minutes then oh another hour then another hour and then they finally made the decision to close the pool for the night! I was pissed and I asked if I could just leave and get a refund and they told me no because the pool was a free amenity! I could have made a reservation anywhere but I chose your hotel because it had a pool but we were never able to access it! Very disappointed!

they don’t clean the hotel especially the pool. when I first came to check in he gave me the run down and told me the pool was open til 10pm and the gym is open 24/7 I went into the pool room around 7pm the lights was off in the pool room. we got in the pool because he said it was open until 10 pm. the water smelled kind of sour. I told my husband try to find a light switch we discovered there was no light switch to turn the lights on I called the front desk the first time nobody answered the second time he answered and turn the light on for us once the light come on I see I’m in a pool full of moldy and filthy brown water. it look like they didn’t clean the pool for months i ran out of the pool called front desk he said there was no manager on duty and wasn’t nothing he could do for me I explained to him I wanted my money back and I wanted to leave. i spoke with a manager in the morning when checking out I told her about the situation she told me someone had threw up in the pool two days ago so it should’ve been closed to get clean I was extremely pissed because now I’m being told someone threw up in the pool and they didn’t clean it and Covid is still thing and they are not taking proper measures of cleaning the hotel for the safety of everyone stay. this is a very big issue and you guys can get shut down that is a health issue to people staying there.
