en la habitación 8711 el A/c no funciona y había mucho calor a tal punto que ni mi familia ni yo pudimos dormir , y el extractor del baño no para en ningún momento

Roach found and asked to spray and when we came to ask the agent in the night, she did say sorry, nothing, but the worst part is that she said I will call to see if it was sprayed and never call us back to follow up. Apart from that fire alarm trigged and when I called to find I was on hold for long period of time, hang out and called again and it was when the agent said it was a false alarm. In the morning when I explain and ask if nothing can be done, he did not anything not sorry, and only said here is the manager business card, just wrote to him. I wrote to the Manager Amuralo, still waiting a respond. I never have been in a hotel with so lack of hospitality.

Only one pool was heated

Location was decent

Parking was very unsatisfactory. Buses and trucks parked taking up large number of spaces . Additionally on two different evenings observed people with luggage “hanging out” in outdoor stairwells on several floors. Being charged a resort fee because a hotel has a pool is outrageous

I wouldn't give it more that 3 stars.

They charged me an extra a couple of hundred dollars for a security depost for an old lady that was only in the hotel to shower and sleep. They said it was a security deposit, but I never had it refunded!
