Posizione favorevole per vicinanza alla metro, zona tranquilla, camera confortevole (anche se non molto spaziosa) con letto molto comodo, colazione ottima con ampia scelta

Il prezzo pagato in struttura per la colazione è risultato leggermente più alto di quello indicato su booking, assenza del bidet in camera (come nella maggior parte degli hotel all'estero)

Breakfast was a great selection. The room was small but clean and had air-conditioning. Water pressure was good and water hot. The hotel has a lift and the staff were friendly.

The shower was over a very high bath, challenging for short people or those that have had hip replacements like my travel companion.

The location was good, near to the venue for my event and a nearby tube station.

The room size was small and a queen bed isn't suitable for two people. I wasn't expecting to be in the basement.

Much more expensive than last time I stayed. Room small and need of upgrade.

The plumbing was definitely in need of an upgrade. Stench in the bathroom was unbearable.

The location was key. The rooms were quiet as requested and the up keep of the room was on point.

The rooms are dated and really need some refurbishment. The staff is ok but could be a bit more friendly considering there were many tourists and senior citizens who opted to stay with them. A bit more kindness never hurts anyone!

Die Betten waren sehr hart . Mit dem Wasser beim duschen das es schlecht von der Wärme einzustellen war , ist noch in Ordnung aber etwas nervig. Entweder kalt oder heiß. Was aber richtig gestört hat war die Klimaanlage. Beim Frühstück war die Klimaanlage an . Draußen war es eher kalt weswegen das total unnötig war und man hat richtig stark gefroren beim Frühstück. Genauso am abreise Tag wo man sich etwas in der Lobby aufgehalten hat . Es war viel zu kalt

החדר היה מספיק גדול. האוכל היה בסדר גמור. השירות גם כן היה טוב מאד. אפשר בהחלט לשבח את המלון על כל מה שבו.

התאורה בחדר קצת חלשה. אמנם היו 4 מנורות - 2 מעל לשולחן ו-2 מעל למיטות, אבל הנורות היו מאד מאד חלשות

A localização é boa. O conforto do quarto é muito bom. Tem tudo perto. Café da manhã também é bom , não tinha ovos mexidos que nos adoramos mas mesmo assim vale.

Location opposite train and park ideal. Felt very safe. Small room but Great lounge/ bar area to sit at for reading/ relaxing/ chatting to fellow travellers and to have a wine at the end of the day. Very friendly bar staff.

As a solo, I thought hotel had a restaurant but it had shut last December. Needed to walk further than I thought for cafes/ restaurants. Not an issue for couples/families but I prefer to eat in or very close by as a solo traveler.

Location was good, requested an early check in and was able to access our room as soon arrived.

No food available in the evenings was disappointing particularly as the weather was so bad and we had to go out. Only continental breakfast available. We stated a month ago and full breakfast was offered.

We were greeted at reception early in the morning with the comment “I suppose you want to check in early when you’re not booked until tonight” when we had in fact paid for the extra night’s accommodation to allow us to check in on arrival. We asked for the hairdryer for the room, were told that it was in the drawer in the room. It was not. When we asked again we were again told it’s there. It wasn’t, they had to deliver one. The major issue we experienced was that the toilet did not flush properly. When we advised reception we were told that we just didn't know how to flush the toilet. We battled with this for several days and when we made them come to the room late one night to check, they agreed that it wasn’t flushing properly, had an extremely slow refill and they’d get someone in the next day. No proper apology, offer of a different room and we were just basically told it was an old hotel and lots of things didn’t work properly. To our knowledge they never did arrange for the toilet to be looked at.

Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfy and the Continental breakfast was very nice. Was a great location for the Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park and not far to the Underground station.

Was nothing to dislike, ideal place to stay in London at very competitive rates.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est pratique. Nous avons aimé dormir dans la chambre très propre et qui nous a paru grande et bien agencée, comparativement à l'offre sur Londres dans des catégories similaires. Le service était professionnel. Nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité et à l'aise. Le buffet petit-déjeuner était très bien, permettant de nombreuses options.

The breakfast was continental buffet the hot items were only toast and pre boiled eggs. We were worried about the breakfast not having a traditional hot breakfast but it was ok and we found plenty to eat. If in future they could add hot bacon rolls would have been nice. If anyone goes to the Albert Hall it's a long way round when the park is closed so get a taxi.

All was as advertised so didn't have any problems.

Location and transport were good. Breakfast was continental which we had been warned about. Beds were comfy and shower was hot. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

No facilities for tea making in room. No cooked breakfast on offer which we were warned about.

We asked at reception for our A/C to be looked at as was not working in the room, this was not done or fixed in anyway The bar service says the bar is open until 1.00am we came back in plenty of time to have a drink but got refused and said they had run out !! Clearly did not believe this and the lady bar server was incredibly rude, disappointing

Location was excellent, on a quiet and clean street.

The mattress was too hard for me.
