The hotel was really bad. When we told the receptionist that our children were very cold, his response was worse. I would not recommend staying here, especially those with children, should rent a hotel in the center.

The price is very budget friendly. We booked a quadruple room. The room is small and sufficient. The location is easily accessible and near to all major attractions. The staff are nice.

The wifi is horrible. It frequently disconnects. There was no lock for the washroom door.

First when we came, door was locked, and there was no one there at about 8 pm , some guy that we randomly saw called the guy from reception to open the door. When he came he didn’t know a single word in english , so he was speaking Czech and tried to explain us where to park using hands and Russian, even though we told him that we are not Russians. Then we have tried to use translator to communicate with him but he couldn’t read coz he cant see even with glasses. Room was the worst place we have ever seen, toilet was smelling really bad. Room was looking like it was not touched for 60 yrs. All in all , worst experience ever.
